**About Yes Agency**:
Yes Agency and Optus work as one team, from product development to creative execution. This close collaboration sets us apart from external agencies. It enables us to deliver experiences people genuinely want in a way that inspires and excites.
'Yes' has never been more important than right now. As Optus forges ahead, we've built a team that can challenge preconceptions and limitations to produce the best work around. Get this right and we'll reach our goal of being the most impactful on-campus creative agency in the region, for our people, partners and community.
**The Opportunity**:
The Junior Integrated Artworker is responsible for leading our objective of maintaining high client satisfaction, work quality and team satisfaction. The Studio is responsible for all print and/or digital based artwork that leaves the agency and for ensuring that it has been created to the highest standards possible.
Studio members proactively get involved in all jobs, leverage their understanding of print, motion, 3D and digital processes, take ownership of production and highlight any potential watch outs and opportunities to the creative and project management teams.

- Build of master Adobe files and/or Cape master templates ready for Media Instructions (MI) adaptations. Adaptations or design resizing may also be required.
- Ensure the brand guidelines' technical aspects are applied to every job, ie colour profiles, dimensions, timings, animation styles, font weights etc and if unsure ask for them in the briefing.
- Push the Studio's output by proactively growing your skills and capabilities, and exploring how emerging digital practices may enhance your work. AI is used in many of our cloud platforms and for production enhancement.
