We’re looking for a driven, on-the-ground experienced Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service across the Murray Bridge region, with a focus on our mid to large agricultural machinery range.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the value of robust customer relationships, has a proven track record in machinery or equipment sales, and is ready to take their career to the next level with an industry leader.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities
- Promote and sell the latest John Deere machinery and precision ag solutions
- Provide tailored advice to improve customer productivity and efficiency
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, technical expertise, and value
- Achieve sales targets through proactive territory management and exceptional customer service
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in agricultural equipment sales (John Deere experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of farming operations and seasonal challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven approach
- Confidence in identifying needs and delivering effective solutions
- Current driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally as required
