Job Description
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP finance systems.
* Primarily focus on the D365 F&O ERP but also other legacy finance cloud applications.
* Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise workflows and processes.
* Provide training and support to end‐users on ERP systems.
* Identify and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
* Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and security.
* Generate reports and insights to support decision‐making within the property industry.
* Stay updated on industry trends and recommend system enhancements as needed.
The Successful Applicant A Successful ERP Finance Systems Manager Should Have
* Experience in managing and implementing ERP systems.
* Strong understanding of D365 / F&O ERP.
* Experience with other finance cloud applications and their purpose.
* Strong understanding of finance processes and data management.
* Proficiency in system optimisation and troubleshooting.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams.
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
* Ability to communicate and engage with senior stakeholders (e.g. CFO & CIO).
* A background in finance roles, before pivoting to technology, is highly desirable.
