Collaborate with all after hours clinical teams to coordinate an effective centralised bed management syste

Oversee the operations of the Stawell Campus to ensure optimal patient access and flo- w
Maintain knowledge and understanding of all points of access into the campus, across Grampians Health and the Grampians regio- n
Ensure referrals from other health services are triaged and prioritised for admission and a timely safe transfer plan is implemente- d
Keep team members focused when under pressure through role modelling a calm approach, adopting a positive outlook and offering support where necessar- y
Skills & Experience
Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience in an acute hospital settin

Strong organisational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a tea- m
Relevant post graduate qualifications, management experience desirabl- e
