We're seeking a skilled professional to empower people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to build better working lives.
Our approach involves working with clients to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment.
We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met.
This is an on-site position that requires a compassionate and tenacious individual who can promote human potential through creative problem solving and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be driven to transform lives through a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to the individual in front of them.
A day in this role may include:
* Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
* Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
* Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements;
* Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
* Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
* Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
* Ability to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and make placements resulting in sustainable and lasting employment;
* Desire to be part of a team that supports people and businesses to thrive;
* Current driver's license.
