The Role
As a Project Manager within the Land Fires Program, you will join a high performing team accountable for delivering priority capabilities aligned with the National Defence Strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Supporting the relevant SO1 to deliver agreed capability outcomes.
* Managing project level risks, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
* Liaising with Delivery Agencies and Services across the Defence enterprise to coordinate outcomes.
* Supporting Land Capability Division governance and reporting requirements.
* Assisting in the management, monitoring, assessment, and reporting of contract performance, including compliance with reporting and audit obligations.
* Contributing to and positively influencing a positive and high performance culture.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong and persuasive communication skills across multiple delivery methods, resilience and agility in managing competing priorities, and the ability to work effectively within an integrated workforce of military and civilian personnel.
