Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to oversee our new OSHC Service in the North Lakes Region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program. About the role: Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. This is a permanent, full-time position, structured in block shifts to support work-life balance. Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program. Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service. Substantial experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role. Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children’s Services) or have completed a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field. Current and valid Blue Card to work with children, or state-required check. Clear and professional communication.
