About This Opportunity
We're looking for a Principal Training and Communications Advisor to support the rollout of UQ's new workforce management system, MyTime@UQ. You will design and deliver high‐quality training and communications for a diverse range of audiences, ensuring compliance and an improved employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of engaging training materials and e‐learning modules to support the rollout of MyTime@UQ.
- Develop clear and accessible user guides, intranet content, project communications, and facilitator resources to ensure a consistent learning experience across audiences.
- Support the coordination and delivery of project communications, ensuring timely and effective information sharing with key stakeholders.
- Apply instructional design best practices to create impactful, policy‐aligned learning that drives engagement and understanding across the University.

About You
- Relevant qualifications or experience in HR policy, learning & development, or system implementation projects.
- Skilled in instructional design, creating engaging, accessible materials for diverse audiences.
- Proficient with software such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, translating complex information into clear guidance.
- Collaborative and proactive, confident working in fast‐paced project environments.
- Positive, solutions‐focused mindset with genuine interest in supporting organisational change and capability uplift.
Employment Conditions
