Job Role:
We are seeking a Fleet Delivery Coordinator to manage customer deliveries and provide memorable experiences. Our ideal candidate will ensure that every customer experience is memorable by coordinating delivery and presentation of new vehicles to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with various departments to ensure timely deliveries, providing comprehensive overviews of vehicle features and benefits, following up with customers after delivery, and gathering survey responses.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to all situations and personalities in a professional manner.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and exposure to the automotive industry are advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with finance, PD, and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met
* Provide comprehensive overviews of vehicle features and benefits
* Follow up with customers after delivery and gather survey responses
* Provide ad hoc support as required
