About the role
As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage operations at Mamor ensuring high-quality service and maintaining guest satisfaction. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences will be essential for success in this role.
About You
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, including varying restaurant or bistro service periods
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment is mandatory
* Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venue Certificate and Liquor Approved Manager Licence or willingness to obtain.
* Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with premium guests, team members, and other departments.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to food and beverage operations.
* Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
* Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
