Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Project Safety Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety plans, conducting risk assessments, and providing advice and support to project managers, employees, and subcontractors.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for ensuring a safe working environment and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement safety plans and procedures
* Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
* Provide training and guidance to project managers, employees, and subcontractors on safety procedures and protocols
* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections and incidents

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Certificate IV in WHS and Workplace Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
