Graduate Program
You don't need to be a graduate. However, if you if you are or have recently completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), you can join our program as you transition into the workforce and help put your skills into practice.

About the Role:
As a Care Worker, you'll support our clients in their own homes and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with general domestic tasks, personal care and meal preparation.
* Providing companionship, emotional and social support.
* Providing Transport services.
* Respite care.
* Ensuring the safety of clients during the service and supporting their needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).
* A current Australian driver's licence (Compulsory).
* Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).
* Police Check (National Police Certificate) or willingness to undergo as part of the employment process.
Experience:
* Manual handling: Preferred but not necessary
Licence/Certification:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care); or working towards
* First Aid Certification (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
* CPR Certification (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Compulsory or willing to obtain)
