As a customer service expert, you will support clients in finding the right assistive technology to enhance their mobility and independence.


About This Role

* Demonstrate products to clients and therapists ensuring they find the best solutions.
* Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently.
* Manage online and email enquiries providing timely and effective responses.


Main Responsibilities

* Provide face-to-face and online customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
* Accurately prepare and process quotes, orders, and funding documentation.
* Navigate multiple computer systems to access relevant information and tools.
* Respond promptly to email and online enquiries ensuring seamless communication.
* Liaise with therapists, government funding agencies, and clients to provide excellent customer experience.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidence in working across multiple software systems.

Key skills for success include excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

You will also need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
