The hospital recently completed a major redevelopment to create a modern internal structure and to improve access for patients, visitors, and staff.Our Vision: We will inspire and advance specialist eye and ENT care.Our Mission: We improve health and wellbeing outcomes through excellence in:Clinical CareTeachingEducationResearchInnovationOur Values: Integrity, Inclusive and Accessible Care, Collaboration, Excellence.About the Role12-month Ocular Motility & Neuro Ophthalmology Fellow - commencing 2 February 2026The Ocular Motility & Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellow provides high-quality services to patients of the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital whilst obtaining advanced graduate training in the area of Adult and Paediatric Strabismus, Neuro-ophthalmology, and General Ophthalmology. The position also provides unpaid time for research activities.This position offers a concentrated supervised experience in strabismus, skewed towards more difficult strabismus. There are two consulting sessions per week, an operating session most weeks, adult neuro-ophthalmology, and ‘free’ sessions typically devoted to research.
