Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination Work independently to support daily production requirements More about you Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a cook is required Experience in catering or production is highly regarded but not essential Ability to work independently within a fast-paced production environment Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work a rotating roster across early morning shifts The application period will close on 18/02/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
