$38.65 – $41.45 per hour plus 12% superannuation

Join our Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT) team as a Youth Worker—Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) in Wagga Wagga and participate in something bigger.

What will you be doing?

As a Youth Worker in our ITC program, you\'ll be providing trauma-informed, therapeutic care to young people with medium to high needs. You\'ll work in a supportive, values-driven environment to help ensure their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

- Building positive, caring relationships with young people
- Supporting their daily living needs, such as transportation to school, appointments, and activities
- Being present in the ITC home and acting as a key part of the support team

- A Diploma in Youth Work or a related field
- A passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive and reach their potential
- An eagerness to learn, develop, and apply trauma-informed care practices
