What will you be doing?
As a Youth Worker in our ITC program, you\'ll be providing trauma-informed, therapeutic care to young people with medium to high needs. You\'ll work in a supportive, values-driven environment to help ensure their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
* Building positive, caring relationships with young people
* Supporting their daily living needs, such as transportation to school, appointments, and activities
* Being present in the ITC home and acting as a key part of the support team
What we're looking for:
* A Diploma in Youth Work or a related field
* A passion for helping vulnerable young people thrive and reach their potential
* An eagerness to learn, develop, and apply trauma-informed care practices
