Due to continued growth and internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing team based in the Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide accurate advice and information on a wide range of roofing products and services
* Process quotes and orders promptly using internal systems
* Liaise with suppliers and warehouse staff to coordinate stock and delivery timelines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, builders, and contractors
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs
* Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Actively contribute to a positive and proactive team culture
Salary and Benefits
Base $70k - $80k + Super 12%
