About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate our cranes—including 100-tonne cranes—to lift, move, position, and place materials at construction and industrial sites. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate mobile, tower, overhead, hydraulic, and 100-tonne cranes as assigned
* Inspect crane and associated equipment daily to ensure safe operation
* Safely rig, lift, and move materials according to job specifications
* Collaborate with signal persons, riggers, and site supervisors
* Maintain accurate equipment logs and report issues immediately
* Comply with safety regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
* Valid Crane Operator certification
* Must be able to competently operate a 100-tonne crane
* Minimum 2 years of crane operation experience
* Strong knowledge of safety protocols and crane equipment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
