Now, we're looking for a Sales Director based in Australia to drive growth and build high-impact partnerships with agencies and brands. If you're a strategic seller with deep media connections, a passion for innovation, and a strong track record in YouTube or OLV, this is your opportunity to lead in one of the most exciting markets in the region.
What You'll Do
Own and exceed revenue goals while consistently outperforming KPIs
Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agency leads and key decision-makers
Be the regional expert for Silverpush's contextual video and programmatic solutions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across independent agencies, holdcos, and direct clients
Drive C-suite engagement and lead high-value strategic conversations
Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional campaign results
Stay organised and data-savvy with CRM tools and sales platforms
Represent Silverpush at industry events, agency meetings, and client sessions across Australia
What You Bring
5–12 years in digital media sales, with deep expertise in YouTube, online video, or programmatic advertising
A strong network of agency and brand decision-makers in Australia
A hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
Clear understanding of Australia's evolving digital media ecosystem and privacy standards
Sharp presentation and consultative selling skills
