The Role: We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Account Director to join our high-performing team based in Sydney. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is passionate about commercial property and digital media. As an Account Director, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships across the region, managing high-value accounts, developing strategic plans, and delivering outstanding business outcomes. You’ll also be responsible for driving new business opportunities, supporting campaign delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions. Location: Sydney, NSW (Full-time) Reporting to: National Sales Director Your Key Responsibilities will be: Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with commercial real estate agents, developers, property marketers, and investment groups across NSW. Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive support to help them achieve their marketing objectives. Business Development & Sales Identify and research new business opportunities across NSW’s commercial property, development, and investment sectors. Execute outbound outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings to grow the client base. Lead pitches and proposals to win new business and drive revenue growth. Strategic Account Leadership Develop and execute client strategies aligned to business objectives. Identify opportunities for account expansion and organic growth. Monitor market trends to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Campaign Coordination Work closely with internal teams—Technology, Creative, Social, and Operations—to deliver end-to-end campaign execution across digital platforms. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and drive measurable results. Monitor performance and report on key outcomes. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, proposals, and deals within the CRM. Keep sales pipelines up to date to support team reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Industry Engagement & Brand Representation Represent Ready Media Group at industry events, forums, and networking functions. Champion the brand across NSW and build strong visibility within the property and real estate sectors. Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development. Collaborate with other regional and national team members to share insights and align on strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For: We’re looking for a self-motivated, commercially minded individual with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering results. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, sales capability, and team leadership. Key Qualifications & Attributes: · Proven experience in an Account Director or Senior Account Manager role, ideally within digital media, marketing, or real estate.
