Job Description
* Manage and oversee regional financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.
* Lead the implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives.
* Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team, fostering professional development.
* Identify and analyse financial risks and opportunities within the region.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and compliance reporting.
* Monitor and manage cash flow to support operational needs effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Finance Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
