Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future while helping to build ours.Role DetailsType: Permanent; Full TimeLocation: MelbourneWhat Will Your Day Look Like?This role is accountable for:Supporting the Valuations Lead in translating the Commercial strategy into desired initiatives.Developing and implementing Valuations Acquisition policy and strategies aimed at balancing customer experience, credit automation/process simplification, revenue growth, and loss management.Contributing to performance discussions with an operational and strategic focus.Delivering work plans aligned with operational strategies to benefit the organization.Assisting with prioritization of tasks and projects to optimize resource use and business benefits.Promoting opportunities in strategy development for valuations simplification and operational efficiency through automation and decision strategies.Supporting projects to rationalize and improve valuation policy deployment and front-end strategies.Leading a team of analysts, providing technical advice, training, and coaching.Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration.Supporting workload management and quality of deliverables.Supporting career development, reward, and recognition assessments, and performance management.Engaging with regulatory bodies, providing insights on key topics and commitments.Identifying trends, risks, issues, and opportunities, and escalating as necessary.What Will You Bring?To succeed, you will ideally have:Strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.Experience with data analytics/science and decision systems tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, Python, etc.
