Assistant / Duty Manager | Commercial Hotel Redbank | Redcape Hospitality

Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Commercial Hotel Redbank as one of our Assistant/Duty Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands‐on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Role Purpose

To lead through Redcape's purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.

To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, taking carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

* Leading a variety of internal teams to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
* Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
* Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
* Possess flexible availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts, that vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in line with our Hotel's operating hours.

RSA / RSG / RMLV / Approved Manager license are required (or willingness to obtain).

A successful candidate would have previous experience in a similar role.
