Our client is a trusted industrial and safety supplier serving the Newman region, supporting key sectors such as mining, construction, and maintenance. With a strong focus on reliability and customer service, our client provides essential tools, equipment, and site supplies to help local operations run safely and efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our client, working on the front counter as the first point of contact for retail customers. You'll provide expert product advice, maintain a clean and well-presented shopfront, and work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery while upholding our client's strong safety and customer service standards.
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in a customer service role (retail or trade environment preferred)
* Full working rights in Australia
* Forklift ticket (desirable)
* Work for a reputable company – ASAP Start
* Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays from 8:30am – 11:30am
