Our client is looking for a Lead Cyber Security consultant to support them in the implementation for the following projects:
* Privileged Access Management (PAM),
* Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA),
* Essential 8 uplift initiatives,
* NIST CSF 2.0 maturity.
Purpose of the role
To provide specialist technical expertise and implementation support for the above-mentioned projects. The Specialist will work under the Cyber Program leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise security strategy and integration across Corporate and Control (Operational Technology) environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Specialist Delivery: Execute advanced technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of PAM/MFA and other Cyber Security solutions as required.
* Technical Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture designs, implementation plans, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Alignment with Strategy: Support program planning by contributing specialist knowledge, ensuring all activities are consistent with the enterprise cyber strategy.
* Solution Integration: Work with the Program Technical Lead and architects to align PAM/MFA implementations with enterprise and OT security standards.
* Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners to ensure technical alignment, clear communication, and successful integration of Cyber Security solutions across enterprise and industrial systems.
* Cyber Risk and Threat Management: Identify, assess, and manage Cyber Security risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with organisational risk frameworks and compliance obligations.
* Security and Quality Assurance: Define and enforce Cyber Security quality standards. Conduct technical reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements.
