The role of a Meat Process Worker is pivotal in managing the livestock slaughtering process, boning, cutting, packaging, and preparing meat for sale. This dynamic position requires individuals who can efficiently handle various tasks such as processing meat, offal, and tripe; moving carcasses to chillers and freezers; loading meat products into trucks; packing boned and sliced meat into cartons; and maintaining cleanliness and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
