Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for equipping our partners with the knowledge, tools, and support that they need to effectively sell our solutions within their networks.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of presales experience, customer support, and strong technical skills, enabling them to serve as a trusted advisor to our partners.
Your primary focus will be the success of our partner network, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of joint solutions to our customers.
Orbus has an established partner ecosystem with current partners including Deloitte, Pw C, Capgemini and Microsoft alongside regional and specialist partners.
Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for all enablement-related inquiries.
Partner Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners, ensuring they understand our products, value propositions, and sales processes.
Sales Enablement: Provide sales tools, resources, and collateral that empower partners to effectively position and sell our solutions.
Technical Support: Serve as a technical resource for partners, assisting them in understanding product capabilities, integration processes, and troubleshooting.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Produce a success plan for every partner and have a structured meeting routine to when you catch up with each partner to discuss results and areas from improvements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of partner relationships, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
Some travel within the Asia Pacific region will be required.
Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to digest and convey technical concepts to business audiences.
3+ years of experience in partner enablement, professional services or presales, within the Saa S industry.
Ability to coordinate and run webinars with partners required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Well-versed in overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and enablement of partners.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional partner experiences.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture or related field would be well regarded.
