Our client specialises in residential and commercial projects though out Western Australia, due to a growth faze they are now seeking an Building Administrator to join their team in a rewarding and engaging environment.

**Description**
- You will be responsible for liaising with Customers, Suppliers, Subcontractors and the internal team of Site Supervisors and Trades.
- Providing daily Administration support and duties such as data entry and organising contracts, invoices and relevant paperwork as required.
- Booking appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
- Submitting quotes and responding to customer queries.

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Building industry experience preferred but not essential.
- You enjoy building relationships with clients, trades and customers.
- Have well-developed customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and have the ability to multi task various requests.
- Driven with a "can-do" attitude to meet and exceed KPI's.
- A keen eye for attention to detail.
- Enjoys working in a team environment in a collaborative approach.
- Well-developed computer skills such as Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Word and Microsoft Teams, ideally you will have experience with databases, CRMs and portals.
