Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead the recruitment process for our Supply Chain Logistics division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent
* Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
* Assess resumes and applications to ensure alignment with open positions
* Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to fill critical roles
* Evaluate applicants' skills, knowledge, and experience to optimize hiring decisions
* Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
* Develop business development and client relationship management skills to drive growth in our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio
* Contribute to strategic discussions and help shape the company's services and future directions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
* Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) software
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Deep expertise in 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
* Interest in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals
* Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
* Must have valid working rights in Australia
