We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive ongoing supervision and mentoring, and develop your career in a supportive environment.
This role will provide you with the chance to work closely with participants and their families, delivering therapy programs tailored to individual goals and promoting life skills, independence, and community participation.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will need to possess honesty, integrity, and a positive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage a caseload of participants and deliver therapy programs tailored to individual goals
 * Conduct functional capacity assessments (physical, psychological, and environmental)
 * Provide evidence-based interventions that promote life skills, independence, and community participation
 * Recommend and implement environmental adjustments, including assistive technology solutions

About You:
 * Occupational Therapist (with eligibility for full AHPRA registration)
 * Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
 * Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided)
 * Exceptional time management and communication skills
 * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
 * Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
