We are seeking an experienced Cabinetmaker to join our production team. You'll be responsible for detailed assembly, working with your own initiative, and producing high-quality joinery in line with project specifications. This role requires strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Our factory is located at Condell Park, plenty of parking, excellent hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
* Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry with precision
* Work independently and take initiative to solve problems
* Operate woodworking machinery and tools safely
* Maintain strict quality control standards
* Adhere to WHS guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification in cabinetmaking/joinery
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a workshop or production environment
* Ability to read drawings and work unsupervised
* Must have own tools
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Willingness to work overtime when required
