What you'll do
As a Trainee Resource Recovery, you’ll work alongside a passionate team, gaining practical experience in all aspects of waste management. From accepting and processing materials, managing the weighbridge, to sorting recyclables and removing contamination, every day brings a new opportunity to learn and grow.
You’ll also complete a Certificate III in Waste Management, with all practical training provided on-site under the guidance of experienced mentors. This is your chance to build valuable skills, gain real-world experience, and start a career in an industry that makes a tangible difference to the environment. If you’re curious, motivated, and ready to get stuck in, this role is your first step towards becoming a skilled waste management professional.
