Daily Responsibilities
* Develop and lead marketing initiatives that drive business results.
* Shape marketing plans with key stakeholders and integrate branding opportunities.
* Lead marketing activities with a data-driven approach, optimizing communications, content, and creative development.
* Manage brand strategies, ensuring adherence to protocols and guidelines.
* Provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring value for money.
* Lead the marketing strategy for key assets, promoting them effectively.
* Manage a team of professionals to drive accountability and alignment towards organisational goals.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Foster effective relationships with partners and stakeholders.
About You
* Hold degree qualifications in marketing or related fields, with post-graduate qualifications desirable.
* Have 7+ years of experience in marketing, demonstrating a track record of achieving strategic objectives.
* Have 5+ years of experience in leading diverse teams to deliver high-standard services.
* Have extensive experience in digital marketing practices and branding for large organisations.
* Possess superior communication skills and strong writing and proofreading abilities.
* Be able to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
* Have advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Desirable: Experience in tourism development and product evaluation strategies.
