We have an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ) Training Coordinator to join our Blackwater operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Engage, prepare and onboard new team members.
- Promote a safety and learning culture throughout the business.
- Coordinate training resources as required.
- Plan and book new and refresher training.
- Maintain training matrix and employee records.
- Assisting in the updating and developing of site systems.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Experience in training and site authorisation process.
- Understanding of training requirements in the mining industry
- Excellent attention to detail
