Supporting Individuals in Rehabilitation
As a rehabilitation professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.
* Apply your clinical reasoning skills to support people with workplace injuries
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing
* Perform various assessments, including Vocational Assessments and initial needs assessments
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals
* Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA)
* Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
* Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
* Passion to help people rehabilitate
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
