About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic General Manager to oversee operations, drive business development, and advocate for structural change that improves women's health. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven leadership experience in the non-profit or NGO sector, with strong business and financial acumen, as well as people-focused leadership skills.
* Lead the implementation of a five-year strategic plan and drive operational excellence.
* Oversee financial management and grow additional revenue streams to sustain and grow our impact.
* Foster a supportive workplace culture, ensuring staff engagement, retention, and well-being.
* Advocate for policy change and funding to support women's health and social justice initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with the community, community organisations, political representatives, and funding bodies.
Key Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in the non-profit or NGO sector.
* Strong business and financial acumen to manage budgets and drive growth.
