About the Role
* Taking orders over the phone with strong ability to streamline processes for customers and clients
* Following up orders with customers and clients
* Provide product information and recommendations - Hardware experience essential
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with care
* Monitoring and controlling of stock
You will need
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both via email, phone and in person providing excellent customer service
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) system - Essential
* Must be presentable due to customer interaction
* Experience in a hardware materials -Essential
* A positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday
