About the Role:
* This position involves operating rollers and other machinery for road construction and compaction work.
* You will also be required to perform general labouring duties, assist with pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operating roller machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and protocols.
* Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project objectives and maintain a safe working environment.
* Adhering to quality control procedures to guarantee high-quality results.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in roller operation or a related field.
* A valid White Card and current Roller Ticket.
* A reliable driver's license and vehicle.
