About the role
Coastworks Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumber or Roofer to join our team. We are a Sunshine Coast–based plumbing company servicing areas from the Sunshine Coast through to Brisbane. We encourage you to apply if you are located on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane or between.
Coastworks Plumbing work with a range of residential, insurance builder, and strata management clients.
As a Plumber or Roofer, you will be responsible for:
1. Completing general day to day plumbing tasks.
2. Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks, burst pipes, blockages, and CCTV inspections.
3. Installing new plumbing systems and components such as water heaters, fixtures, tapware, pipe replacements, and minor roof works.
4. Performing leak detection across properties, bathrooms, kitchens roofs, and exteriors.
5. Carrying out make safe and emergency work.
6. Preparing plumbing and roof reports.
7. Complying with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
Experience in all areas listed is not essential — we are dedicated to teaching and supporting you across all fields of plumbing.

What we're looking for:
1. Good general knowledge of plumbing or roofing, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a range of issues.
2. A valid plumber's licence and experience as a qualified plumber.
3. Excellent customer service skills and strong communication with clients.
4. A commitment to safe work practices and a proven record of following safety protocols.
5. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
