Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to lead the development and implementation of procurement, inventory, and supplier management strategies across multiple national manufacturing facilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent systems knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, leading procurement and inventory control processes, implementing new business processes and Oracle systems, and driving cost savings and supply performance through strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across QLD, WA, and SA
* Lead procurement, inventory control, and stores operations
* Implement and improve Oracle purchasing and inventory systems
* Drive cost savings and supply performance through strategic sourcing
* Own supplier negotiations, performance, and contract management
* Develop procurement policies, processes, and best practices
* Oversee accurate inventory reporting and conduct stock audits
* Support and develop your direct team in Brisbane and indirect teams in Perth and Adelaide
Requirements:
* Proven success in procurement, supply chain, and inventory leadership roles
* Strong systems knowledge – Oracle experience highly regarded
* Commercial mindset with strong data, negotiation, and reporting skills
* Natural collaborator and influencer with excellent communication skills
* Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment
* Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
