Subway - Store Manager
We are looking for someone who is interested in being fully responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis and work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store upholds our high standards, which leads to a great guest experience every time. Your dedication will help the store succeed and create a positive experience for both guests and your team.
About The Role
In this position you will oversee all aspects of store management, from customer service to inventory control, ensuring that operations meet the company's quality and safety standards.
Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage day‐to‐day store tasks.
* Deliver a great training experience when onboarding team members.
* Monitor stock levels and product wastage.
* Manage deliveries.
* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld within the store.
* Handle rostering.
* Develop plans to drive sales and improve customer experience.
Skills And Experience
* Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
* Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to lead a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage tasks.
