ZSG Head Cook's Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., COGS financial & rostering.
Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience.
Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards.
Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies.
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff.
Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
Assisting with the training of staff.
ZSG Head Cook's Skills & Experience
Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
A positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
