What you'll be doing:
* Build and nurture trusted client partnerships, delivering customised recruitment solutions
* Drive business development through cold calling, client visits, reverse marketing, and market mapping
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-placement care
* Use platforms like Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn to connect with top talent
* Provide clients with insights on hiring trends, salaries, and workforce planning
* Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
* Collaborate with colleagues across local, national, and international projects
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture
What you'll need:
* 2–3+ years of proven 360° agency recruitment experience
* Strong business development track record with demonstrated desk growth
* Sector knowledge in industries such as engineering, mining, energy, property, or construction
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused mindset
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
