Customer Experience Agent - MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
* Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
* Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor and resolve delivery and stock issues in real time.
* Provide insights and reporting on customer feedback, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
* Use technology and AI tools to enhance processes and deliver high-quality service outcomes.
* Support loyalty and customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable, empathetic service.

About You:

* A genuine passion for customer care, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Confident communicator across all platforms, especially phone.
* Tech-savvy with strong data entry skills and comfort navigating multiple systems.
* Able to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
* Experience with platforms like Gorgias or similar customer service tools is highly advantageous.

What You’ll Bring:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer support, contact centre, or customer service role.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different departments.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive approach to challenges and change.
