The ideal candidate must possess Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification with experience working in Lifestyle Services within Aged Care. Knowledge and understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards are also essential along with ability to communicate effectively with residents,families,& all levels of staff.A National Police Check&NDIS Worker Check will be mandatory for successful applicants.It has attractive package offers that include up to10weeks parental leave as well as mental health programs.(EAP)
