About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our production and installation teams. This key role involves overseeing the manufacturing and installation of aluminum and glass commercial products, managing client relationships, and supervising a dedicated team comprising one installer and one fabricator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules and installation projects
- Oversee site measures, factory fabrication, and onsite installation
- Handle client communication and project coordination
- Prepare accurate quotes and project estimations
- Ensure compliance with current codes, WHS practices, and safety standards
- Utilize V6 software for project management and quoting
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial glazing or similar trade
- Strong knowledge of V6 software
- Familiarity with current codes, WHS regulations, and best practices
