Job Description

* Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with key suppliers.
* Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Implement waste reduction and recycling programs to minimize environmental impact.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a senior kitchen manager or equivalent role in a busy commercial kitchen.
* Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery).
