With a multi-entity structure and a pipeline of strategic projects underway, they are now hiring a Group Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function and partner with the executive team to drive results. The Opportunity This newly created, operational ledership role will report directly to the CEO and CFO. You'll lead a capable finance team, take charge of group-level reporting and compliance, and play a key role in capital initiatives, banking relationships, and strategic decision-making. What You'll Own Group financial reporting and month-end close across multiple entities Consolidation of accounts, analysis, and executive-level commentary Cash flow management, forecasting, and funding oversight Management of banking relationships and authorisation of payments Liaison with Big 4 tax agents on compliance (income tax, GST, payroll tax, land tax) Hands-on leadership of finance staff, systems, and reporting processes Lead interface with auditors and ensure audit readiness Leverage Pronto ERP to streamline reporting and control functions Drive special projects - from capital raising and due diligence to restructuring initiatives What You Bring You're CA/CPA qualified with proven experience leading a group finance function in a complex, multi-entity environment. You've got the technical depth, commercial acumen, and communication skills to influence at executive level. Familiarity with Pronto ERP is highly valued, as is experience in property, investment or capital-intensive sectors. Why This Role?
