Our Narrogin branch is seeking a motivated Service Clerk to join our team and support the delivery of excellent service. This role will work directly with and report to the Service Manager of the Workshop.
About The Role
* Raising and closing of repair orders.
* Input of technician times to repair orders.
* Filing of workshop paperwork.
* Liaise between customers, salesman, and suppliers to ensure prompt & on-time delivery of services.
* Submit all warranty claims in the subscribed time.
* Processing service purchase orders and invoices.
* Maintain records of workshop Work in Progress and technician's productivity.
* Processing cash sales of EFTPOS.
* Follow up on Calls.
* Chasing payment of invoices.
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative support role is advantageous.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Well versed in Microsoft Office.
* Solid organisational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
* Excellent phone manner and confidence making phone calls.
