A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our dynamic and vibrant team.
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible in undertaking the management, leasing & operations of the Unley Shopping Centre whilst working with the marketing team to maximise the net return to the Owner.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers to ensure that all opportunities are explored to support their businesses.
* Negotiate existing tenant lease renewals including assisting with the preparation of leasing documentation.
* Preparation and analysis of income / expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owner's critical dates.
* Ensure the information within the tenancy schedule is accurate at all times.
* Oversee, manage and actively pursue rental arrears.
* Manage and assist the Assistant Marketing Manager with maintaining a market presence and ensuring the centre is marketed in a manner reflective of its status.
* Maintaining the centres to the very highest of standards and minimising the liability risk exposure of the Owner and JLL.
* Management of all incidents including client specific and JLL reporting.
* Work with the client and external consultants to implement any recommendations to improve retailer productivity and presentation.

To be successful, you'll have strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with Owners, Retailers, staff members and co-workers. You'll have the ability to work independently, multi-task and be very well organized as a high level of initiative is required on a day-to-day basis.
Strong negotiation and communication skills both in developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise is essential. Previous experience in a Retail or Centre Management role is essential.
You will need to hold as a minimum a Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
